Instructions for your Vapor Urine Test:

The NicoTests® Super-Sensitive Cotinine/Nicotine Urine Test Device detects Cotinine in human urine.  Cotinine is a metabolite of nicotine. This test detects Cotinine at a cut-off concentration of 100 ng/mL, twice the sensitivity of a standard Nicotine/Cotinine test.  Typical detection is from eight hour after use of nicotine products up to five days depending on frequency and intensity of use.

  • Remove the NicoTests® Super-Sensitive Urine Test Device from the foil pack.
  • Take off the cap revealing the absorbent testing tip.
  • Collect a urine sample in a suitable cup. A Dixie cup is fine.
  • Immerse the testing tip vertically in the urine sample for at least 10 – 30 seconds. Do not allow the test tip to touch the urine collection cup. Only the absorbent tip should touch the specimen. 
  • Read at 5 minutes.
