The Ultra-Sensitive Nicotine and THC Saliva test detects both nicotine/cotinine and marijuana/THC metabolites at a 20ng/mL level, which is much more sensitive than the standard 30 ng/mL levels. The 20 ng/mL level detects nicotine use up to 4 or even 5 days since last exposure. It detects marijuana use for 8 to 12 hours after ingestion for most people, and in some case up to a day or two for individuals who are unusual in retaining THC in their blood.
